How Much Bread Requires Washing Hands?

What quantity of bread necessitates the washing of hands and the blessing of Birkat Hamazon? Does a small amount of bread require a blessing, and if not, do we recite Hamotzi or Mezonot?

Consuming any amount of bread requires washing hands without a blessing and reciting Hamotzi.
Eating a kezayit also requires Birkat Hamazon. The measure of a kezayit is bread the size of a regular matchbox.
Eating two kezaitot or more requires washing hands with a blessing, as well as reciting Hamotzi and Birkat Hamazon.
