Is the name Noa good for a baby girl?

The name Noa is good and recommended for a girl.

Sources: Noa was one of the five daughters of Zelophehad, as mentioned in the Book of Numbers (Chapter 27, Verse 1), and it is written in the tractate Baba Batra (Page 112b) that the daughters of Zelophehad are wise, learned, and righteous. Therefore, it is a good name for a girl. It is also mentioned in the book of customs by the Chief Rabbi, Part 1 (Page 298) that Rabbi Ovadia Yosef zt"l recommended the name Noa for a girl. Additionally, it was noted (Footnote 34) that Rabbi Ovadia Yosef zt"l wrote that the name Noa should be written in full with a vav.
