Is a woman obligated to perform the annulment of vows? If so, can she listen over the phone? Thank you very much.

Greetings, A woman is not obligated to perform the annulment of vows on Erev Rosh Hashanah. However, if she wishes to be stringent upon herself, she may appoint her husband as her agent to annul her vows. Only in cases of great necessity is it permitted to do so via telephone.
