Hello Rabbi,
Thank God I've decided to wear tzitzit, so I bought tzitzit today..
What should I bless on the tzitzit each time I wear it?

One should bless before putting them on: "Blessed are You, Hashem, our God, King of the Universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us regarding the mitzvah of tzitzit," "ברוך אתה ה' אלוקינו מלך העולם אשר קדשנו במצוותיו וציוונו על מצוות ציצית." unless you are wrapping yourself in a tallit gadol, in which case you should intend to include the tzitzit in the blessing you make for the tallit gadol (Mishnah Berurah 8:24, and Kaf HaChaim there 8:41). The blessing for the tallit gadol is: "who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to wrap ourselves in tzitzit." "אשר קדשנו במצוותיו וציוונו להתעטף בציצית"
