Is It Permissible to Recite the Shema at Any Time?
Question
Hello,
Is it permissible to say "Shema Yisrael Hashem Elokeinu Hashem Echad" not only in the morning and evening (for example, there was an initiative to make a nationwide recitation at a certain time), and would this not be considered a blessing in vain?

Times of joy, It is permitted, as these are verses that may be recited at any time and hour.
