Saying the Morning Blessings While Standing?

AA

Question

Is it permissible to recite the morning blessings (Birchot HaShachar) while standing, and until what time can they be recited?

Answer

Peace and blessing,

The custom is to recite the morning blessings while standing, although it is also permissible to recite them while sitting. One may recite the morning blessings throughout the day, except for Al Netilat Yadayim, which is said only near the time of the relevant prayer—and, of course, only after washing the hands—and for Asher Yatzar, which is recited only after one empties oneself.

With blessing, Benjamin Shmueli
