Do We Recite Tikkun Chatzot on Yom Kippur Night?

Greetings, 

On days when Tachnun is not recited, only Tikkun Leah is said (see Hilchot Biur Halacha, Part 1, Siman 1, Section 9). Since Tachnun is not recited on these days (see Shulchan Aruch, Orach Chaim 134:7), only Tikkun Leah is recited. Indeed, even throughout the entire Shemitah year in Israel, only Tikkun L'elah is recited (refer to Hilchot Biur Halacha on this matter).
