At What Height Will Moshe Rabbenu Be During the Resurrection of the Dead?

AA

Question

Hello esteemed Rabbi, I have heard that Moshe Rabbenu, of blessed memory, was five meters tall. Will he be that same height at the time of the resurrection of the dead, or will he be at our height? Thank you very much.

Answer

Greetings,

Indeed, Moshe Rabbenu was ten amot tall, as it is stated in Tractate Berachot (page 54b), and it appears that he will rise at that same height during the resurrection of the dead. The Rambam already wrote (Laws of Kings, chapter 12, halacha 2) regarding the days of the Messiah, "And all these matters and the like nobody knows how they will be until they actually come to pass."

Blessings, Hillel Meirs
