Why is it forbidden for a husband to drink breast milk directly from his wife? What is the nature of this prohibition?
Answer

It is explained in the Shulchan Aruch that it is forbidden to nurse directly from a woman, because human flesh is prohibited to derive benefit from, and if they permitted drinking milk directly from the mother, they would also permit drinking milk from other animals whose flesh is forbidden to eat.
