I did a hefsek test in the morning and it came out clean, but I did not manage to do it before sunset. Does that count for me?

If this is a hefsek taharah test after seeing blood for several days, then in retrospect the morning test counts for you, and you may begin counting seven clean days from tomorrow.
But if this is a test after seeing blood for one day, then this test does not count, unless it was a stain, in which case, in retrospect, it does count for you.
