Will Bibi Be the Last Prime Minister Until the Coming of the Messiah?

Hello,
I have heard from several places that, according to the prophecies, Bibi will be the last prime minister until the coming of the Messiah.
There is a video from several years ago in which Rabbi Moshe Ben Tov, of blessed memory, says that Bibi will be the one to hand over the keys to the Messiah.
I would be glad to know whether this is true.

There is such a rumor in the name of the last Rebbe of Chabad, of blessed memory; however, as far as is known, there is no reliable testimony about this.
And regarding what you brought from the tzaddik of mezuzahs, Rabbi Moshe Ben Tov, of blessed memory, it appears that the words were said as a wish and not as a promise or a statement of fact.
In short, there is no way to know what will be until it happens, and with Hashem's help we will merit to live and see it speedily in our days, amen!
