Most likely, the dream has no significance, like most dreams in our times.
Nonetheless, to alleviate any concern, it is recommended to say Hatavat Halom before three people, preferably those who wish you well, or to say ‘Ribbono shel Olam, I am Yours’ etc. during Birkat Kohanim (the Priestly Blessing).
