Is It Permitted for a Man to Shave Body Hair?

Greetings,

It is forbidden for a man to shave the hair of his underarms and pubic area, even with scissors in a manner similar to a razor, unless it is the custom of the men in that place to do so. However, he may remove hair from other places on the body with scissors, but not with a razor.
