Question
Shalom and blessings... I have heard that there is a specific psalm assigned to each birth date. My Hebrew date is the 5th of Tishrei 5755 and the Gregorian date is 10.9.94. Which chapter is suitable for me? And if I read it, what does it help? Does it have a specific effect?

I have not heard of this.
In Chabad Chassidus, it is customary to recite the chapter of Psalms according to your age; for someone who is 15, they would say chapter 15.
