Tzitzit, Worn Outside or Inside?

Hello, respected rabbi.
I have a question: according to the opinion of Maran Rabbi Ovadia Yosef of blessed memory, do Sephardim need to wear their tzitzit outside or inside? I heard that there are opinions on both sides, and it is quite confusing. Why would no one want to wear the tzitzit outside? It is not supposed to be something shameful or strange. I would appreciate a detailed answer.

According to Rabbi Ovadia Yosef of blessed memory, Sephardim should wear the tzitzit inside, and the reason is based on Kabbalah. However, there are cases in which he also permitted Sephardim to wear the tzitzit outside their clothing.
