Eating Meat on Shavuot

Hello, honored Rabbi,
Is there any obligation or significance of any kind to eat meat/meat dishes at one of the holiday meals of Shavuot? And is it permitted to eat a dairy meal with hamotzi, rinse the mouth and hands thoroughly, and in the end eat a piece of meat food for the sake of the mitzvah, if there is such a mitzvah? (My personal preference is to eat dairy foods).

It is a mitzvah to eat meat. It is customary to eat dairy. It is preferable to eat a dairy meal with bread.
It is forbidden to eat meat and milk at one meal, and one must recite Birkat Hamazon between the dairy meal and the meat meal that follows.
