What Blessing Is Recited on a Yogurt Bagel?

Hello,
I saw that on a bagel (a bun with a hole) one should recite the blessing "hamotzi."
Does this also apply to a bagel whose dough is made only from flour and yogurt/cottage cheese?
And what blessing is recited on lahoch?
Is there a rule by which one can know what blessing to recite?
If there are differences, we are of Sephardic origin and follow Rabbi Ovadia Yosef.

On dough made from cheese, yogurt, or milk, when their taste is noticeable, one recites Borei Minei Mezonot.
On lahoch, one recites, by strict halacha, Borei Minei Mezonot.
