Is it permissible to taste meat dishes on the eve of Shabbat during the Nine Days?

During the Nine Days, is it permissible to eat meat on Friday of Shabbat, and if so, when? Thank you

Greetings,
1. It is permissible to eat meat on Shabbat (see Shulchan Aruch, Orach Chaim 5:29, section 10).
2. According to Rabbi Ovadiah Yosef, zt"l, it is permitted to taste meat dishes that are being prepared in honor of Shabbat on the eve of Shabbat (Chazon Ovadiah, Four Fast Days, page 210).
