Washing Hands If One Did Not Sleep at Night
Question
Honorable Rabbi, hello.
If I did not sleep all night and I intend to go to sleep in the morning, do I need to wash my hands, with a blessing over the washing and Asher Yatzar, and say the morning blessings before I go to sleep in the morning after a night without sleep?
Answer
Peace and blessings.
One must wash hands before prayer. One should say all the morning blessings and pray fully, except for the blessing of Al Netilat Yadayim.
With blessings - Benjamin Shmueli.
