It is permitted for a woman who is niddah to kiss the mezuzah, and likewise to hold and read a siddur and Tanach, and to enter the synagogue and pray the Amidah. In any case, there is an aspect of propriety that she should not look at a Torah scroll when it is lifted to be shown to the people.
