Intimacy During the Three Weeks

Hello, is it permissible to engage in marital relations during the Three Weeks? Or is the prohibition only on Tisha B'Av? Thank you very much!!!

The prohibition to engage in relations applies only on Tisha B'Av (Shulchan Aruch, Orach Chaim 554:1).
On Tisha B'Av that falls on Shabbat, according to the custom of Sephardim it is permitted (Shulchan Aruch, ibid. 554:19), while according to Ashkenazi custom it is forbidden (Rema, ibid.) unless it is the night of immersion (Mishnah Berurah, ibid.).
