The name Nevo is good for a boy.
Sources: It is mentioned in the Book of Ezra (Chapter 2, Verse 29) "The sons of Nevo fifty-two," and the Aben Ezra there wrote that it refers to a name of a person. Later, he noted that it might be the name of a place. Nevertheless, in the book Yeshuot Mordechai (page 116), it was brought in the name of Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu z"l that the name Nevo is good for a boy.
