Who Will Not Merit to Resurrect in the Era of Resurrection?

In general, all Jews will merit to rise in the resurrection of the dead, as explained in Tractate Sanhedrin (page 90a).

However, there are exceptions, among them: anyone who does not believe in the resurrection of the dead will not rise in the resurrection of the dead, measure for measure (ibid).

Additionally, one who has not studied Torah at all or has not assisted in any way those who study Torah will not rise in the resurrection of the dead, for the light of Torah is what revives a person (Tractate Kettubot, page 111b).

Furthermore, anyone who lends with interest will not rise in the resurrection of the dead (Tosafot, Tractate Sotah, page 5a).
