When is it Permitted to Go to the Pool After Tisha B'Av?
Question
With G-d's help, hello esteemed rabbi, on Wednesday, after the fast of Tisha B'Av, from what time is it permissible to take the children to the pool? Thank you very much.

According to the custom of Ashkenazim, it is permitted to go to the pool from noon on the tenth of Av (see Mishnah Berurah, Siman 558, Note 3), and according to the custom of Sephardim, it is permitted immediately after the conclusion of Tisha B'Av.
