Final Blessing for Schnitzel

Hello,
Recently, I read that the blessing for schnitzel coated in breadcrumbs is mezonot rather than shehakol. My question is: if so, what is the final blessing (does it remain Borei Nefashot?)

Even if at times one recites the mezonot blessing, the final blessing is certainly Borei Nefashot.
