Is it permissible to buy Coca-Cola without a hechsher?
Question
I was walking around an Arab village and they were selling drinks, Coca-Cola for example, and it was labeled in Arabic. Can I rely on that being kosher like the Coca-Cola in Israel?

A. The Coca-Cola labeled in Arabic is produced in Israel.
B. It is permissible to buy Coca-Cola and Sprite anywhere in the world, even if it does not have a kosher certification. Since Coca-Cola is produced around the world with the same ingredients, which are known to not have kosher issues.
Other beverages need to have a kosher certification on them.
