What Blessing is Recited over Seeds?

Dear Sir/Madam,

For pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, and sunflower seeds that are sold in stores, one should recite the blessing of borei pri ha'adamah.

This is also stated in Responsa Beer Moshe part 2 (section 12, note 2) regarding pumpkin seeds. Likewise, it is in the book V’Zot HaBerachah (page 373, note 21) regarding pumpkin and watermelon seeds.
