Is it permissible for men to shave hair in the pubic area? What does halacha say regarding shaving in the parts of the body of a man?

It is permissible to trim a little, but it is prohibited to shave completely, even with scissors in the pubic area.
In other areas of the body, it is allowed to shave, provided it is not with a razor.
