Immersion After a Woman's Pregnancy as a Merit for Conception

AA

Question

Is it true that there is a merit for conception by immersing after a woman who immerses in the mikvah in her ninth month of pregnancy?
If so, does the woman immersing for the purpose of this merit have to do so at the time of her immersion, or is it sufficient that she is already pure and this is merely immersion for the sake of the merit?

Answer

Greetings and blessings

Some people mention this merit.

There is no need to immerse precisely at the time of the immersion. It is also possible to do so when you are already pure. There is no need to make preparations for this immersion.
