Yair Netanyahu

The Shin Bet confirmed that a significant threat against Yair Netanyahu led to the decision to bring him back to Israel urgently. According to reports, security teams accompanying President Isaac Herzog to New York were called in to help extract him and get him quickly to the airport.

Opposition factions within the World Zionist Organization rejected Yair Netanyahu’s candidacy, as Likud boycotted the leadership elections.
