Staff Sgt. Michael Tyukin was buried in Ashkelon, and Staff Sgt. Adam Tzarfati was laid to rest in Ra’anana. The two were killed in southern Lebanon after explosive drones struck their positions.

Egoz and Yahalom commandos swept the Ksebat Ainata neighborhood in the Bint Jbeil area of southern Lebanon, uncovering weapons hidden in a civilian zone and coordinating a rapid, tightly timed strike that destroyed dozens of targets.

Troops from the Maglan and Egoz units in southern Lebanon eliminated armed terrorists who planned to target IDF forces with explosive drones, and destroyed a launcher that was loaded and ready to fire at Israel.
