Justices Yitzhak Amit and Khaled Kabub rejected a petition by the “We Chose Life” organization, ruling that the state prosecutor may continue overseeing the investigation into the leak of the video from Sde Teiman.

Israel’s Supreme Court summarily rejected former lawmaker Sharren Haskel’s petition to break away from Likud, ruling that she filed it too late. The decision also addressed her claims concerning the vote for the State Comptroller.

Justice Minister Yariv Levin called for ignoring the High Court’s ruling on the State Comptroller election, saying: "Attorney Michael Ravilo should simply take office." As a reminder, the court invalidated the previous round of voting.

In a temporary order, all five High Court justices froze attorney Michael Ravilo’s entry into the role of State Comptroller until a ruling is issued on the petitions challenging his appointment: "The judgment in the proceeding will be given as soon as possible."

A proposed law banning representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross from entering prisons where terror inmates are held was voted down in the Knesset. Thirty-six lawmakers supported it, while 41 opposed it, taking the bill off the agenda for the next six months.

Israel’s High Court ruled that Red Cross teams must be allowed to visit terrorists held in Israeli prisons, including *Nukhba* terrorists. National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir responded: "A disgraceful decision by disconnected judges."

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he reviewed the affidavit submitted to the High Court by Brig. Gen. G., which supports Roman Gofman’s version of events at the center of the petition. Netanyahu said: "There are no words to describe the injustice done to Gofman."
