Drink fluids regularly: Have a glass of filtered water every hour, or enjoy sugar-free herbal teas such as chamomile, anise, lemon balm, mint, fennel, cinnamon, or wheatgrass juice.
Juice on an empty stomach: Combine 2 carrots, 1 apple, half a beet, 2 celery stalks, and a portion of melon or pear. Drink this first thing in the morning for optimal benefits.
