The IDF spokesperson said Monday morning that the Air Force completed a broad wave of strikes last night against infrastructure belonging to the Iranian terror regime across Tehran. The operation is part of an ongoing effort to degrade the regime's military production capabilities. The strikes were guided by precise direction from the Intelligence Directorate (Aman), using up-to-date intelligence.
According to the IDF spokesperson, more than 80 munitions were dropped during the sortie at a series of targets. Among the sites hit was a facility used to assemble long-range anti-aircraft missiles. In addition, a complex producing components used to develop anti-tank missiles and small anti-aircraft missiles was struck, along with another site used for the production, research, and development of ballistic missile engines.
It was also reported that the latest strikes are part of a broader effort underway in recent days. In just the past two days, the Air Force carried out multiple strike sorties in Tehran, during which roughly 40 sites and industries involved in the production, research, and development of weapons were attacked.
The statement said, "The IDF continues to deepen the damage to the regime's military industries in order to deny the production capabilities it has built over the years".
