Ingredients
100 g (3.5 oz) Bulgarian cheese
6 lettuce leaves
3 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
⅓ cup pitted black olives
For the Dressing
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables
Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into relatively large cubes.
Tear the lettuce leaves into medium-sized pieces.
Roughly chop the black olives.
Assemble the Salad
Place all the vegetables in a large serving bowl.
Crumble or grate the Bulgarian cheese over the top.
