Ingredients

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) Bulgarian cheese

  • 6 lettuce leaves

  • 3 cucumbers

  • 2 tomatoes

  • ⅓ cup pitted black olives

For the Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • Salt, to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into relatively large cubes.

  2. Tear the lettuce leaves into medium-sized pieces.

  3. Roughly chop the black olives.
