Mustard Curry Baked Chicken Breast
Tender chicken breasts marinated in Dijon mustard, curry, olive oil, and spices, then baked to perfection

(Photo: shutterstock)4 chicken breast fillets 3 tablespoons mustard (preferably Dijon mustard) 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons olive oil Ground curry powder, to taste Crushed chili flakes, to taste Salt and black pepper, to taste In a bowl, combine the mustard, mayonnaise, olive oil, curry powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade. Place the chicken and any remaining marinade in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange the chicken breasts in the dish. Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.Ingredients
