- Pinch of salt

- 3.5 ounces (100 grams) dark chocolate, 60% cocoa
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or canola oil
- 1/4 cup strong instant coffee or espresso
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking pan.
In a large bowl, sift together the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, oil, orange juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until a uniform batter forms. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cake is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
