2 kg self-rising yeast flour (or bread flour with yeast) 3 tablespoons sugar 5 tablespoons salt Warm water, as needed Corn oil for deep frying, or butter Combine the flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a thick dough forms. Add the water slowly until you reach the desired consistency. Shape the dough into small balls.
