Yogurt and Fruit Popsicles
Ingredients
2 cups plain yogurt or Greek yogurt (about 400 g)
2 tablespoons honey or date syrup (optional)
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 kiwi, diced
½ cup blueberries or mixed berries (you can also use halved grapes, mango, or any fruit you prefer)
Popsicle mold
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey or date syrup until smooth.
Divide the fruit evenly among the popsicle molds.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit, filling each mold.
Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight.
To release the popsicles easily, dip the mold in lukewarm water for a few seconds.
Delicious Variations
Add diced mango.
Mix mashed banana into the yogurt.
Stir in a little granola for extra texture.
Create colorful layers using different fruits.
Add a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
For an especially beautiful presentation, arrange the fruit along the inside walls of the popsicle molds before adding the yogurt. The result is a vibrant, eye-catching frozen treat that's just as impressive to serve as it is delicious to eat.
