According to the report, a video circulated on social media in recent days documented a confrontation between the taxi driver and the passenger. At one point, the driver refused to continue the ride after learning that she was Jewish. He shouted at the woman in Russian: "You are Jewish; you kill people. That is why I refuse to drive you." He later stopped the car and demanded that she get out, shouting: "Jews are animals, not human beings."
The woman wrote on Facebook: "In Warsaw, I went through threats and humiliation. I ordered a taxi through Bolt. At first, everything was quiet and peaceful. He said he was from Dagestan... Then he saw my Star of David—and it all began... 'Palestinian child murderers'... He stopped in the middle of the road and demanded that I get out of the car. He said he would not drive a Jewish woman, and that if he had known I was Jewish, he would not have accepted the ride in the first place. Then came the threats, followed by insults. There were insults, threats... I wonder whether Bolt bears responsibility for the behavior of its drivers?"
The passenger added: "Do you know what that 'defender of children' described as a provocation? The fact that I refused to listen to his preaching that 'Jews are murderers.' In his view, that was a 'provocation.'".
