The IDF Spokesperson said Sunday evening that earlier today, the IDF struck in the Khan Younis area of the Gaza Strip and killed Sakr Nabil Musa Kaisi, a Hamas Nukhba terrorist. The terrorist infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7 massacre.

Alongside his activities within the terrorist organization, he served as director of the Turkish charity Deniz Feneri, which presents itself as a humanitarian aid organization but in practice maintains ties with senior figures in Hamas leadership and with figures in the Turkish leadership.

As part of his role at the charity, the terrorist worked to provide regular employment for numerous terrorists and financial support to Hamas terrorists. The charity and its senior officials portray their work as humanitarian activity, but in practice promote fundraising to support the terrorist organization.

According to the IDF, "This is a cynical exploitation of the humanitarian space to support terrorist activity, while advancing the activities of the Hamas terrorist organization under a humanitarian cover. Recently, the terrorist promoted terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli civilians and worked to rebuild the organization’s capabilities, while systematically violating the ceasefire. The terrorist was killed to remove the threat he posed. Prior to the strike, measures were taken to minimize harm to civilians as much as possible, including the use of precision munitions and aerial surveillance."

In addition, the IDF today killed Muad Jamal Abu Natsira, a commander in Hamas’s military wing, in the Khan Younis area. In another strike yesterday, the IDF killed Mahmoud Ibrahim Dib Alian, a terrorist in the Hamas terrorist organization’s surveillance network.

Recently, the terrorist was identified as having promoted terror plots against IDF forces in the area of the Yellow Line and worked to rebuild the organization’s capabilities, while systematically violating the ceasefire agreement. The terrorist was killed in an airstrike.
