Melt-in-Your-Mouth Brownies
A rich and fudgy chocolate cake that is perfect for Passover

1/2 cup potato starch 250 grams butter 1 bar of milk or dark chocolate 5 eggs 1 cup sugar (brown or white) A handful of walnuts A handful of hazelnuts Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crack the eggs into a large bowl and add the sugar. Melt the chocolate and butter together, then gradually add to the egg mixture. Whisk all the ingredients together. Sprinkle the nuts on top and continue mixing. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.Ingredients

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the center of the cake is set.
