Refreshing Passover Orange Cake

Ingredients:

3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups ground almonds
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup orange juice
Zest of 1 orange

Instructions:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes as light and fluffy as possible.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and gently mix.

3. Pour into a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 40–50 minutes.

Delicious Passover Brownies

Ingredients:

2 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ground walnuts
100 g dark chocolate
A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Melt the chocolate and oil in the microwave and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and sugar using a whisk or fork.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).

3. Pour into a baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes, until cooked through.

4. Let cool, then cut into squares.

Indulgent Chocolate & Nut Cake

Ingredients:

For the Cake:
5 eggs
200 g butter
200 g dark chocolate
3/4 cup ground almonds
3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 packet baking powder

For the Ganache:
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
100 g dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave (in short intervals to avoid burning) and mix well.

2. Beat the eggs and sugar for several minutes until light and fluffy.

3. Add the melted chocolate and continue mixing.

4. Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, and ground almonds, and mix gently.

5. Fold in the chopped pecans.

6. Pour into a baking pan and bake at medium heat (about 170–180°C / 340–350°F) for around 45 minutes.

For the ganache: melt all ingredients in the microwave and mix well.

Pour the ganache over the cake immediately after removing it from the oven.
