Passover Egg Salad With a Walnut Twist

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 small onion

  • 30 g ground walnuts

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • 2–3 teaspoons chopped parsley

Instructions

Boil the eggs in water. Once cooled, grate them using a coarse grater.

Finely chop the onion and sauté lightly in a bit of olive oil until translucent.

Mix all the ingredients together. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
