She claimed that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was the one who dragged Trump into a military confrontation with Iran — a confrontation that, she said, does not have the support of the American public. According to her, this approach not only endangers the lives of American soldiers but also undermines economic stability.
She added that Trump’s administration is "the most corrupt, ruthless, and incompetent" in U.S. history. She further said the president "wants to use the power of the U.S. military against whomever he chooses."
Later in her remarks, Harris accused Trump of being the first president since World War II — from either party — to abandon America’s responsibility "to nurture and protect alliances and friendships." According to her, he is also the first who "doesn’t even pretend, and in fact disparages the importance of upholding international rules and norms such as sovereignty and territorial integrity."
She said this policy has harmed the United States’ standing on the international stage, making it "unreliable" in the eyes of its allies — while "depriving it of any influence it had so that it could make itself heard on certain issues."
At the same time as the political sparring, Trump chose to respond by "complimenting" Israel. In a post on the Truth network, he praised the country: "Whether people like Israel or not, they have proven themselves to be great allies of the United States of America. They are brave, bold, loyal, and smart, and unlike others who revealed their true colors at a moment of conflict and pressure, Israel fights hard and knows how to win."
