IDF Clears for Release: Staff Sgt. Adam Tzarfati, a Maglan Fighter, Killed by Explosive Drone in Southern Lebanon

The IDF Spokesperson cleared for publication this morning (Monday) that Staff Sgt. Adam Tzarfati, 20, from Rosh HaAyin, a fighter in the Maglan unit of the Commando Brigade, fell in battle in southern Lebanon.

According to details of the incident, an explosive drone launched by the Hezbollah terror organization struck around 1:00 a.m. at the location where forces from the Golani Brigade combat team were operating.

As a result of the drone strike, Tzarfati was killed, and three other soldiers were wounded — one seriously and two lightly. The wounded were evacuated by helicopter for medical treatment at the hospital, and their families were notified.
