Easy Sour Cream Honey Cake Recipe

This soft and tender cake comes together with simple pantry ingredients and is lightly sweetened with honey for a delicious homemade treat.
Ingredients
2 eggs
2½ cups flour
1 packet baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 container sour cream
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 150–160°C (300–320°F).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, sour cream, milk, vanilla extract, and honey.
Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool slightly.
Dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
