The IDF this evening (Thursday) revealed unusual footage from Hezbollah’s underground tunnel network in southern Lebanon.
The IDF Spokesperson said that forces from the Commando Brigade combat team and the *Yahalom* unit, under the command of Division 36 and directed by Military Intelligence and Northern Command, are continuing efforts to clear the underground tunnel network beneath the Beaufort Ridge. According to the statement, the tunnels were planned and financed by the Iranian regime and constitute a significant asset for the organization’s war-fighting operations.

In recent days, during an operation by the *Egoz* unit to locate shafts and underground routes, a drone operated by *Yahalom* forces identified operatives inside one of the underground paths. The operatives fled and fired at the drone. They were later identified together with additional operatives who were trying to escape from the underground route. The Air Force, directed by the forces on the ground, struck and killed the operatives.
