Smoked Salmon and Pear Tortilla Rolls
This quick and impressive appetizer is perfect for brunches, holiday gatherings, Shabbat meals, and entertaining guests

1 package ready-made tortillas
1 package smoked salmon (lox)
1 pear
Mayonnaise, for spreading
Lettuce leaves, one for each tortilla
Instructions
Place each tortilla on a clean work surface and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over it.
Cut the smoked salmon into slices and dice the pear into small cubes.
Lay a lettuce leaf on each tortilla, then arrange the smoked salmon slices on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle the diced pear evenly over the salmon.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
Slice the roll crosswise into pieces about 2–3 cm (1 inch) thick.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Serving Suggestion
Arrange the tortilla rolls on a serving platter and serve chilled. These elegant bite-sized wraps make a perfect appetizer, brunch dish, light lunch, or addition to a festive buffet table.
