Easy Homemade Filled Doughnuts: Soft, Fluffy, and Ready in Minutes

For the Filling
Choose any filling you like:
Jam
Chocolate spread
Dulce de leche
Nut spread
Date spread
For Garnish
Powdered sugar
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the flour.
Once the mixture is smooth and well blended, add the flour and mix until no lumps remain.
Pour the batter into a preheated multi-cake maker (or doughnut maker) and bake according to the appliance instructions until the doughnuts are cooked through and lightly golden.
Allow the doughnuts to cool completely.
Fill each doughnut with your favorite filling and dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
Tip
This recipe works wonderfully with regular all-purpose flour as well if you don't have cake flour on hand.
